Stopped in to drop my Toyota truck off for a problem I've been trying to solve myself for a couple of weeks now. Mitch took one look, told me what to do and how to do it and his solution worked. Of course they offered to do it themselves but the solution was so simple I would've felt silly asking them to take care of it for me

Living in Oregon for most of my life I’ve had a hard time finding a mechanic I feel good about bringing my vehicle to since I moved to California 5+ years ago. Once I brought in my car here for repairs the first time, I knew I would be back for future work between my car and other cars in the family. They have an honest and caring take towards repairs. They are efficient and communicate everything that is needed. The whole crew here is top notch. I appreciate the work and crew here. Would recommend to everyone I know. A+

One review wouldn’t be enough to rave about Mitch, Sydney, and the team! Since moving to pasadena in 2022, have had pretty challenging experiences with auto repair shops in the area and one day in the pouring rain, my engine light went on right before a road trip and this shop happened to be the closest. Called expecting the same experience I had had before, but got the exact opposite… Sydney greeted me with warmth and then closed out the call with hospitality and knowledge. She & Mitch took me in right away, helped me fix the problem and for a reasonable cost, sent me on the road, not two hours later. Knew I had found my place in that moment. A month later, someone hit my car and damaged it pretty badly, but yet another amazing experience with Sydney and mitch and the team. My car came out looking even better than before, they worked tirelessly with geico to get the insurance right, although geico was not being responsive and creating barriers. Everything was just friendly, seamless, and this is a business that truly cares about the people of pasadena, that they serve. Would never take my car anywhere else and my hope is that others can find a good experience here too! Th

10/10! I would highly recommend you support this local auto shop. I came in for an oil change and it was very easy to schedule, and the process was so efficient as well. Very fair and reasonable prices. Thank you! Will definitely be back.

I appreciate Mitch's so much that I made a gmail account just to leave a review. I've taken my car here a handful of times in recent years and their work is always topnotch at very reasonable prices. I tend to overreact to noises/symptoms and they've never made me feel like a burden (or a whacko) when they can't find an issue. Very thankful to have a trustworthy and pleasant mechanic nearby!
